Half Penny 1916 - I - Mule

On October 5, 2019, an Australian copy of this coin, certified PCGS VF-35, sold for AUD$36,000 by Roxbury's Auction House. This particular coin was found in 2019 in a tin in a shed on a deceased estate.

Another was sold by Noble Numismatics in March 2015, ungraded gVF condition (~EF Sheldon) and realized AUD$64,530. In June 2011, Queensland's International Auction Galleries sold an ungraded halfpenny 1916-I Mule in aVF (~EF Sheldon) for AUD$81,550.
