I found a 1914 halfpenny in the backyard while digging. It’s got some corrosion and dirt but seems ok otherwise. What should I do about cleaning it up?

hello. always better not to clean your coins.
some people just use a small brush and soap to remove a bit of dirt. if you try this, avoid to scratch the surface of your coins.

What about the corrosion? Just leave it?
